At Lifetime Events by Jacqueline we have a simple process:
Process 1: When we receive your inquiry we will contact you to set up a a Call, In Person or Skype/Facetime 30 minute complimentary meeting to discuss the services you need. After our meeting you will receive a customized proposal. Once you decide to proceed, we will go to the next process.
Process 2: We have a few phase levels to guide us through the planning process. The number of phases will depend on the type of services you hire us for.
Once the contract is signed, sealed and delivered with your retainer:
Phase 1 - In Depth Consultation
Phase 2 - Midway Review Meetings (up to 4 depending on services)
Phase 3 - Final Review Meeting
Phase 4 - Final Walk through
Phase 5 - The Day Of
* Additional meetings can be added at our hourly rate.
