TIP #4: Renew your vows.
TIP #5: Don't just say I Love You on Valentine's day, do this EVERYDAY.
You both have busy schedule with no time to plan or do something special? Lifetime Events by Jacqueline can assist with either ideas, the planning phase and/or execution of the "day of". You take the credit while the planner ensures the execution is a success.

If you are waiting for Spring to do some "Spring Cleaning", why wait? Ladies if you have a Prom dress, Bridesmaids dress, a gown that you would like to donate to a good cause, then check out Operation Prom - where you can donate dresses for students who cannot afford to buy a dress, and give them a chance to attend their Prom.
Collecting Dresses and Accessories now through March 27, 2012. If you miss the March date, don't worry gather the dresses and put them away until October when collection starts again.
Noel D'Allacco, Founder & Executive Director of Operation PROM - Westchester County Headquarters
Self proclaimed Promologist, Noel D'Allacco, founded Operation PROM, a nationally recognized 501 c 3 not for profit organization in 2005. She began collecting bridesmaid dresses from clients and donated them to students from her high school in Yonkers, New York. Operation PROM was originally established to help low-income students attend their Proms by providing free Prom dresses and tuxedo rentals. It has since expanded to also help students with scholarships and school supplies. The organization primarily assists students who are sick, homeless or live in shelters and do not have family to assist them. To date, Operation PROM has helped thousands of students attend their prom at little or no cost. To request a free prom dress, students must be recommended by their guidance counselor and meet the requirements, such as a severe financial need, and the student should be passing all of their classes. Noel and her team oversee all national chapters of Operation PROM.
Visit their website for more information on dropping off or mailing in your dress. http://www.helpprom.org/

Winter 2011 Class
I was contacted by the Lovegevity Wedding and Event Planning Institute to ask if I was interested in teaching the Certified Wedding and Event Class at Lehman College, Bronx NY. I was thrilled at the opportunity, and responded yes. I had spoken at the previous class given by a colleague, and since it was her last class she recommended me for the spot.
As a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, I have found myself teaching new wedding/event planners and sharing knowledge with colleagues. So it becoming an instructor for certification course was just the next step in my career.
Being an instructor with the Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute was truly an experience. I had an awesome group of 9 students, sharing experiences and learning from experts in the field.
I would like to thank the experts: Rabbi Andrea Frank- The Jewish Wedding Rabbi, Darryl Gaines - Groom Expert Lifetime Events by Jacqueline, Bosco - Bosco Wedding Show, Yudelka Carrerra - Salsa Caterers, and Adrianne Harris - Blessed Events/Rashadema Bridal Boutique.
Looking forward to seeing my class prosper, and being the best in this Industry.
Best wishes to Ashley, Patricia, Sonja, MK, Marcia, Wanda, Kathleen, Sharon, and Amanda, and
Happy Planning.

This weeks creative inspiration is not a product, service or person, but on Success....
Don't aim for success if you want it;
just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
David Frost
No matter what life has brought your way, always know that if you have found the true path of what you love to do, then follow your dreams and make it reality. I am a true believer in excelling, and not being afraid to taking steps to succeed. I truly love the career path that I have chosen or that has chosen me - Event Planning... Either way it makes me happy, especially knowing that I continue to surpass my goals and succeed. In the last few months I have been recognized and achieved another designation in my career. I have received the Accredited Bridal Consultant designation from the Association of Bridal Consultants. This designation is prestigious and worth the effort I put into reaching this level. Follow our success and spotlights in the Press section.
Let the next level of achievements, begin......
Special thanks to my clients and colleagues

Congratulations!!! to our Winning Couple
Gonul & Emrah...

Bringing together Old and New Traditions to make a wedding to last them a Lifetime!!!!
Many believe that being a part of their cultural traditions and embracing it, may be a thing of the past but not for Gonul & Emrah, both of Turkish decent. They first met virtually followed by their first actual face to face meeting at a "teen-turkish party". They continued communicating virtually, and would see each other annually at Turkish parties or weddings. They remained in communications off and on, until they ran into each other in the city. Little did they know that it was one of their favorite late night spots. They continued to see each other, until Emrah finally proposed on August 5, 2011. Emrah new it was time to propose when a month before Gonul met his grandmother. The was a sign to him that Gonul was indeed "the one" that he would marry. The proposal was at one of their favorite spots Gantry State Park by the piers in Long Island City. The location overlooked a crowded noisy city, but they sat in serenity and enjoyed each others company. Now as they enjoy their time of planning for their once in a lifetime day, they are looking forward to a memorable traditional-non-traditional wedding day.
Best Wishes to Gonul & Emrah....
Lifetime Events by Jacqueline is looking forward to working with you for you to make sure your day is as memorable as you envision it.
