  -          “Day of” Coordination – Have an expert oversee, manage, and coordinate the final event details on the “Day of”.

  -          “Month of” Coordination - Have an expert oversee, manage, and coordinate the final event details, and ensure vendor management one month before your event.  

-          Partial Planning/Coordination Package – If you planned your event, but need additional planning guidance, assistance, and coordination for the day of the event, we provide the expertise in finalizing your details.

 -          Expert (Full planning/coordination) Package – With our expertise we will assist you with your wedding/event from start to the final delicate details of your Wedding/Special Event.  (Packages are priced at a flat rate, any additional services after contract signing will be at our hourly rate)

  • Vendor Selections: Vendor Referrals (Venues, Photography/Videographer, Transportation, Florist, Baker, Entertainment, Attire, Stationary, Specialty Entertainers, etc) – Vender Contract Review/Negotiations – Vendor Timelines – Vendor Liaison.
 
  • Detail Services: Rentals – Theme/Décor/Color Selection  - Logistical Surveys – Guest List Management – Special attention to final details – Hotel Accommodations for Out of Town Guests – Catering to the Brides/Grooms – Gift/Registry Assistance – Special Helper – Full Venue Set up/Tear Down.

  • Weddings: Coordination, Rehearsals, Ceremony, Receptions, and Pre/Post Parties.
